Here's a simple recipe: Ingredients: - 1 cup poppy seeds (posto) - 2 green chilies, finely chopped - 1 tablespoon grated ginger - 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves - Salt to taste - Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Dry roast the poppy seeds in a pan over low heat until they become fragrant. Be careful not to burn them. Let them cool down.

2. Grind the roasted poppy seeds into a coarse powder using a grinder or mortar and pestle.

3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground poppy seeds, chopped green chilies, grated ginger, chopped coriander leaves, and salt.

4. Mix everything well to form a dough-like consistency. If the mixture feels dry, you can add a few drops of water to bind it together.

5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadhai over medium heat.

6. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into small round balls or flatten them slightly to form discs.

7. Carefully drop the shaped poppy seed balls into the hot oil and fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides.

8. Remove the fried posto bora from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil.

9. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.

Enjoy your crispy and flavorful posto bora!
